Andrea, I wish to let you know that I had a pleasant customer service experience today from Jeff. He was well on the ball and just knew exactly where to reach for my answers. He communicated to me via email several times promptly and got the "bottom-line" answer. I did not like the answer because I can not get what I need, but good informed customer service is the key.
