Allegro has put the word "service" back into Customer Service. I spoke with Sue this morning about a problem that was really my fault in ordering an item I thought was suitable for my needs. She said "no problem, we can fix that". Wow! Having dealt with countless computer problem calls where all the "customer service" depts. make you wait forever and then say "No", Sue was right there answering my call immediately in the USA and saying "yes"!
