The first couple of uses, unfolding the ramp is slightly awkward. After that, it's a snap! It's such a simple concept - a ramp - and yet it makes such a big difference. And making one that folds for storage and transport is pure genius! I've been using it now for several months and i can't imagine how i got along for so long without it.
