Great Stool, But Too Big for Tib

This is a great stool - made very well and the bamboo holds up extraordinarily well in the shower. I chose this stool over teak ones and it lived up to all the good things written about it. My problems is that it takes up a lot of space in our bathtub/shower. I don't know if our tub is smaller than average, but since the bottom of the tub is curved the stool cannot sit snug to the tub's back wall. The stool takes up almost 50% of the tub's floor and leaves little room to stand. I would definitely recommend this stool for appearance & quality, but be sure to measure your tub or shower first and make sure you are ok with the space left. Once unpacked and put together, it is difficult to disassemble, fit it back in the box and return.

I use this product in the shower it enables me to shower without assistance, this corner style teak shower chair is wide enoughj and sturdy enough to mhold large people around 300 + lbs without the fear of the shower chair losing it's reliability.
The only thing I find wrong is the boards that I sit on are sharp edged, causing a sore area across my thighs and buttocks, the boards should be rounded over to provide comfort.

Dangerous Product

The first chair that we tried had one thumb screw hole that was stripped. It also had one leg with the adjustment tabs that would not hold. If I sat on that chair I would have fallen. We sent that chair back [...] The second chair has the middle (main) thumb screw that is stripped but the legs are adjustable. This product is dangerous.

Helpful in the shower. Agree with the concerns about the edges of the slats - they would be better if they were more "rounded". Otherwise happy with the shower chair.
