I bought this for my Mother. It does not work with all styles of toilet seats. I had to get a new toilet seat but this is a great product for anyone. I wish I would have ordered it sooner.

I bought another type a few years ago for my wife.
It works fine and has a cutout in front, BUT you cannot close the lid!
Now I bought this Carex for myself for a bathroom that Guests may have to use also, therefore I like
that the lid can be closed, and the total appearance of it [on a white toilet] It is very
inconspicious and has a comfortable hight.
