pinched legs

Midrange Shopper.

We got this bedside toilet for my Mom (from a home health company) and she complained that it pinched her. We tried to adjust the seat, but after several days use, she had bleeding pinch marks all across the backs of her legs. She is only 125 lbs, so overweight is not the problem. I tried to purchase a longer seat, but they sent me the exact same one, which also pinches. I do not recommend this product to anyone. We are going to try the Envacare all-in-one for a different seat type.
