Good Product

Pros:
Sturdy. Functional. Easy To Install. Lightweight.
Cons:
Seat can be a bit slick..
Best Uses:
Elderly. Residential. Disabled.
Describe Yourself:
Budget Shopper.

Recently had leg amputated just above knee and needed this for bathing. Am able to use it alone and am very pleased with it. Only objection is that the seat can be a bit slick when wet but laying a washcloth on it helps a lot. The slot where you tuck in the shower curtain works very well - no water on the floor.

I would buy this product again Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Sturdy. Functional. Easy To Install. Lightweight.
Best Uses:
Residential.
Describe Yourself:
Needed this for my mom..

This transfer bench was a snap to set up and seems very sturdy. The packaging could have been better though. There was no cushion or foam wrap to secure it in the box. The box was lightweight but the bench moved from side to side inside the box and the box was not taped securely.

I haven't used it yet but it was easily assembled and I'm sure it is safe because it will hold up to 400 lbs. I also liked the price-a good product for the price.

Answer:
Tuck it into the slot between the "cushions." The floor should stay dry &l you'll also have an extra spot to place shampoo etc. Also, if you place a washcloth to sit on you won't have to be concerned about it getting slippery.
