Screw supplied to attach supports to chair back do not fit predrilled holes.

The Cadillac of Transfer Benches
Pros:
Functional.
Easy to clean.
Sturdy.
Safe.
Easy to Store.
Easy To Install.
Easy to assemble.

Shipping took FOREVER.

Elderly.

The only issue I had was the length of time it took between order date and receipt. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to assemble and how sturdy it is! I was unaware that MOEN manufactures DME, but this is truly the "Cadillac" of Transfer Benches. I will always look for their products and leave Sunrise as second choice. Thanks MOEN and ALLEGRO!
