The cap heated up easily in the microwave and felt quiet good on my head. It provided a nice warm, wet cap, which I thought was going to quickly shampoo my hair. After my hair dried it was very oily looking. I looked as though I hadn't shampooed my hair in weeks. What I thought was going to be a product of convenience turned out to be a total waste of money.
