Royal Grip Suppository Inserter/Digital Bowel Stimulator

Royal Grip Suppository Inserter or Digital Bowel Stimulator is a hook and loop handle that is ideal for people with quadriplegia or limited hand use. Both the Digital Bowel Stimulator and the Suppository Inserter are constructed from stainless steel with polyethylene collars and tips. The D-rings on the quad handles allow for easy adjustments. Both units measure 8-1/2" (22cm) long, and can be sanitized easily.

Waaay overpriced!

Pros:
Functional.
Best Uses:
Disabled.
Describe Yourself:
Midrange Shopper.

I find this product well-designed, easy to use; however, for the price, i expect the straps to be more durable... at least make replacement straps more readily available. I'd buy again, simply because it works, and it's the only one I've tried. But, like many other assistive devices, why does it have to cost so much!?!

iworried that perhaps i would not be able to manipulate this, but I was successful on my first "attempt". I have limited feeling, but using a mirror made such a difference; i saw everything and easily got it in on first try. it is best used lying down with mirror proped up. User needs some arm strength and control to use.

Answer:
I am also a quad with some arm strength but no finger use. I do have some feeling, which is VERY helpful using this item. It might be possible to use this with no feeling, but you would HAVE to have a mirror to help you figure out where things are. Other than that, its kinda self explanatory.
