I was a little doubtful of the safety of this product when I first saw it. I thought it would wobble and be a problem. We installed it with the Toilet riser and have been very happy. We were trying to keep from using door handles and sinks to pull up from the commode, but had a very confined space to work in. This unit was adjustable and worked perfectly. On top of that, it was very sturdy and met our needs. I even found the ability to raise and lower the arms useful for cleaning the bathroom floor. We have been very happy with the safety frame.

Over all this product suited our needs well. I'm disabled and my wife has knee replacement. With the use of this product it make daily chores less painfull.

I bought the safety arms to replace the potty chair which is so hard to keep clean. But the arms were much too flimsy. I couldn't trust it to keep my parents safe.
