I was disappointed at how large this pillow was. I think it would have been great for a very large man but not for this small woman. I had to return it, and the postage was almost as much as the cost of the pillow.

Answer:
I don't know the answer to your question because I hated the pillow and gave it to a thrift shop. I didn't like the two ends that bother me so that I couldn't fall asleep. But everyone is different so my hope is that it works for you. I'm still looking for a soft cervical pillow.
