This is not a water pillow but 2 pillows stuck together with a water bottle in the middle. I purchased another water pillow. It is one piece. There is a funnel to put the water in and directions telling you if you want the pillow soft med or firm. One side is the pillow and the other side is the water. I feel your product is inferior and I would like to return it but I was told this item is not returnable but there is no mention of this in your website.

I love this pillow. You're able to adjust the firmness... it took about an hour to get used to but now i take the pillow with me everywhere... to the couch even to watch tv. I haven't been able to sleep through the night in over 10 years, now I don't wake up to anything except the alarm clock.
