I started having eye allergies. I tried different eye drops, and have had prescriptions filled. I discovered the Imak Eye Pillow - and it works for me! I would wake up with puffy eyes from allergies, itchy rash - and using the eye pads protects my eyes/skin through the night without worries. It has also benefited the skin around my eyes - and helps protect the skin from bed strain marks, aging. I wouldn't recommend for overall headaches or migraines though - it's soothing and comforting for this, but doesn't reallyh provide relief for pain. But again, I highly recommend it for sore eyes, allergy eyes, tired eyes, aging eyes - it's a great product that does the trick!! I have already thrown out most of my eye drops and prescriptions!! Even the skin around my eyes look healthier in the morning, no puffiness, no allery rashes and I don't wake up with that bed wrinkle or mark - since the mask protects all around the eyes - and you really do sleep in comfort!!

I had sinus headaches and tired burning eyes on a regular basis. I keep the eye pillow and have found that using the cold eye pillow for approximately 15 minutes has relieved the headaches and my eyes are also much more comfortable, also. It simple to use and doesn't take long to provide relief.
