I have lived with a great deal of neck pain. I have a few herneated disks and the position of my head on a pillow led to a great deal of pain. I tried one of these roll pillows about five years ago and have not had any pain since. This particular pillow is the most comfortable I have tried. It keeps its shape which promotes the support needed for the neck.
