best purchase I ever made

Pros:
warm & snuggly.
Cons:
none.
Best Uses:
keeps hips & shldrs warm.
Describe Yourself:
older wmn with arthr pain.

I used to have to wear a hip and shoulder warmer at night in order not to wake up from pain, but it wasn't always successful. Since sleeping on this pad I haven't used them. That might change if it gets much colder. Right now I'm just enjoying sleeping through the night in such a nice, cuddly warm bed.

Answer:
It's about an inch thick. The "skin" part is about 1/16", then the "hair" makes up the rest. It will crush down eventually until it's washed.

Answer:
Yes, I dry mine on low heat setting, take it out of the dryer as soon as it feels dry, and it is just fine.

Answer:
I agree with Lynard. It dries just fine on low until dry to the touch, then lay out on bed for a while before making the bed completely.
