Cons:

Pillow flattens to nothing in seconds and not of the quality we had hoped for. It is also very small.

Auxilliary pillow for my aching neck Verified Purchaser

The pillow is not as large as it looks in the photo. It's only 6 1/2" by 3 /2" in cross-section, and it flattens out a lot when you lay on it. So this is not big enough for me to use as a sleep pillow all by itself, but it is really good for using behind my sensitive neck with another pillow. The foam is not too dense--I have found some foam pillows too hard for my neck, but this one's fine. It's very comfortable and soothing. The only drawback for me is the chemical odor, which took about 3 weeks in the house air before it had aired out enough for me to use the pillow. Now it's okay, and the pillow really helps keep my neck pain from waking me up in the middle of the night. I don't plan on ever being without it.
