Pros:
Safe. Supports Weight. Well Constructed. Stands alone.
Cons:
Heavy.
Best Uses:
Elderly. Short Distances. Indoors. Outdoors.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver. Short Term User. will out live me.

This is a great cane for someone of greater weight than my husband and I. It is well built and stable but for us it is too heavy and the longer length of the pedestal is an impediment.

cane review

Pros:
Safe. Supports Weight. Stores Easily. Well Constructed. Easy To Use. piece of mind.
Best Uses:
Elderly. Short Distances. Indoors. Outdoors. reliable.
Describe Yourself:
Short Term User. will out live me.

The first thing you swill notice is that it is heavier than what you used to use. But its constructed to support someone weighing 700 lbs. I Have a piece of mind whenever I take hold of this. It helps me get into my shower area and helps me support myself when I am drying off. It will probably strengthen your arms and wrists while you use it.

It's very easy to put in the vehicle with you and doesn't take up so much room that you couldn't leave it there when not in use.

I bought this for my husband who has been in a walker after a fall last year. He felt that he was ready to begin using a cane. He has been extremely pleased with this product. It is sturdy and definitely supports his weight safely. Thank you!

Answer:
I am right handed so I put it in front of me and to the right just a bit. And slowly walk forward. I feel very safe using this cane unlike a Hurrycane which I feel unsafe using that one.
