I chose this cane because I am overweight and thought I needed a sturdier support after knee surgery. Possibly due to generalized osteoarthritis, I have had trouble managing the weight of the cane. I should have paid more attention to the description of the item. It is a good solid support. But the weight has caused elbow problems.

Walking cane

It seems like this cane should be balanced from front to back but the design of the legs doesn't allow that. Perhaps that is how it is suppose to be but it makes it feel unbalanced.

My dad had a mild stroke. He was becoming dependant on his wheelchair. He is a big man & didn't feel comfortable with other canes. I was afraid that his muscles were not being used enough. So I gave him this cane for Christmas. He is walking again because he feels very safe. Great product!!
I was also amazed at the reasonable price. A real bargain- money well spent.
