Walking cane Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Supports Weight.
Cons:
Heavy. Shaky. Not centrally balanced.
Best Uses:
Short Distances. Indoors.
Describe Yourself:
Short Term User.

It seems like this cane should be balanced from front to back but the design of the legs doesn't allow that. Perhaps that is how it is suppose to be but it makes it feel unbalanced.

Nice but heavy Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Well Constructed. Supports Weight.
Cons:
Heavy. Hard To Use.
Best Uses:
Outdoors.
Describe Yourself:
Short Term User. Medical Professional.

I chose this cane because I am overweight and thought I needed a sturdier support after knee surgery. Possibly due to generalized osteoarthritis, I have had trouble managing the weight of the cane. I should have paid more attention to the description of the item. It is a good solid support. But the weight has caused elbow problems.

Pretty good - Heavy Duty would be ok Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Well Constructed.
Best Uses:
Outdoors. Short Distances. Indoors.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

I bought this for my sister. She is not overweight, but she seems to break and/or bend the normal aluminum quad canes. Although this is heavier, my mother and I thought that at least she would not be able to break this one. She is delighted with it. We of course, did not tell her it was for heavy people, or she would probably not want to use it.... I don't understand why they don't make the other canes a bit more durable. My sister relies pretty much on her cane for balance and such and she would go through at least 3 or 4 of them a year. Hopefully your cane will put an end to this.
