The Bardex Lubricath Coude Catheter provides for smoother insertion and enhanced patient comfort through the hydrogel coating’s unique ability to absorb fluid, thus creating a hydrophilic “cushion” between the catheter surface and the urethra.
The specialty Coude tip is designed with a natural bend to accommodate negotiation through an enlarged prostate. The 45-degree bend ultimately makes for easier and quicker placement.
