Catheter Clamp is molded of strong, durable plastic with serrated jaws 1 1/16¨ (2.7 cm) long. Positive lock clamp springs open when released, but stays on when the catheter is open to prevent loss. Can be operated with one hand. Overall length is 2 5/16¨ (5.9 cm). Packed 12 to a bag.

Clamp works great
Pros:
easy to use.
Lightweight.
Sturdy.
Safe.
Easy Storage.
Works great and easy to use with one hand. Did have to learn to move the closer from side to side a little when closing to make it easy as sometimes it doesn't line up.. but this is very minor. Clamp is a huge improvement over using the catheter plugs in the end.

The clip works very well but unfortunately it is very difficult for an elderly person to clip closed. It is difficult for me to clip it for my mother. Also, I haven't quite found a way to unclip it without spattering urine.

I was told that this clamp existed, but didn't know that it could be so helpful. My disabled mother wears a cath for the rest of her life and the clamp comes in handy when changing the knee bags with the night bag.
