I use this for self-cateterization because of an enlarged prostate. It is better for a male than the standard catheter and I clean it and reuse it by supervision of my urologist.

Excellent product
Pros:
Very comfortable.

Neurogenic bladder.

Because of a diabetic neurogenic bladder, I have to cath myself 2-3 times a day using the 12mm catheter. It is very comfortable and easy to use. The coude tip makes the insertion very easy. I wash and then sterilize the catheter with 91% alcohol for reuse (my endocrinologist and urologist both concur).

The taper tip makes for easy entry

The indicator nub helps in keeping the catheter tip on the correct orientation
