Answer:
It has a double hook (they are about an inch or so apart). Unfortunately, they are also a bit long, and allow the bag to drag on the floor when hung from my wheelchairs.

Answer:
Unfortunately it has a double hook. I have had to wear straight catheter hooked to a drainage bag since I had surgery to cath through my abdomen in 2003. Until I had to switch suppliers for my cathing supplies, I used the kendall drainage bags and they only had one hook. I started buying some of my supplies online this summer because it's cheaper, all of the kendall drainage bags I have bought have had 2 hooks. I guess they redesigned them to where they all have 2 hooks.
