From my experience, the answer is no. These are very much like condoms with a sticky glue on the inside to hold it in place. Once taken off it sticks to itself and is almost impossible to separate. Also it would need to be rolled back up for reuse, and that is also not easily done. So its a toss-out after one use which is a shame considering how expensive they are.

Yes, you are correct on all counts. This device goes on just like a birth-control condom, except on a non-erect penis. And, yes, you'll probably have to try a couple to get the right size - snug enough to avoid leaks, but not too tight to affect circulation. The sizes listed are the diameter of the catheter.
