Pros:
Sturdy.

This is not terribly different from other leg bags, but it is very durable. I particularly like the secure T-tap closure. It can be a little stiff, but some lubricant helps fix that.
I had another bag that used a flip-type valve, and that was very stiff and difficult to use.
That is simply my assessment, and others may disagree.
