I've been using this bag for over 20 years. I always buy by the box and get 20. They would easily last me 2 years. However, about 3 years ago they really started getting cheap with them. They have shortened the tubing by one foot making it difficult to roll over in bed. They have also made the actual bag weaker and weaker over the years by making the plastic thinner. It used to have a true anti reflux chamber, but they did away with it. You WILL get reflux with this bag. It's all about the bottom line. They just want to sell the product as cheap as possible and make as much as possible. I have been looking for a new bag to use that will better fit my needs, but old habits are hard to break. gl to you.

Works well.

Pros:
Convenient.
Best Uses:
Following Surgery.
Describe Yourself:
Something I have to have.

This night bag works very well and gravity feeds all the urine from my ostomy bag. The inside of the bag smells fine after washing with Joy dish detergent each morning, and the front outside panel of the bag has no odor. However, the outside back of the bag has a foul odor, and the odor increases the longer the bag is used. I use the bag for 3 weeks. The material on the back differs from that on the front. I have scrubbed it with: Joy, Tide, Lestoil, white vinegar, 409, and have sprayed it with Fabrese, but nothing seems to work. Please advise as I received 10 bags in my shipment. Thank you.

Answer:
I have a 24FR .5 catheter and have used one for over 7 years with no problems. It should be changed every 2-3 weeks.
