Maybe I read the directions wrong when I bought this at first. DO NOT CUT the squeeze bottle. It already comes with an opening in it. A big goof up when I cut it! The opening in the squeeze bottle became to large to fit into my catheter bag. I have ordered it again an will not cut anything. With this product it will be so much easier and far less messy than the faucet. I know I'll really like the ease and no water mess.

In the hospital setting we throw out all equipment when it even looks slightly used but in the home setting, use-and-resuse is the key to success. But how do you keep your equipment clean and in best working condition?
I cleaned catheter bags with bleach for years and detested the fumes and mess. The bags still suffered crystallization despite cleansing it with water and bleach.
This product is great - no smell, no ruined laundry from spotting, no problem cleaning it up if spilled. Not only does it clean but it takes care of the irksome residue and crystals that form in the catheter bag as well.
The product is economical - one capful of the concentrated product is added to a bottle of water and will last for quite awhile.
We will be using it on our home nebulizer this fall since there are no annoying fumes to trigger asthma.
