This Urinary Drainage Systems & Kits is an effective and economical daytime alternative to under pads and diapers for men that experience surge or overflow incontinence and dribbling. A quick and easy application method eliminates the need for multiple changes, adhesives and adhesive removers.
It can either serve as a drip urinal for those that are only partially incontinent or with the use of the various supplied adaptors, it can be directly connected to any reusable or disposable leg bag or drainage system.
- Detachable sheath for easy cleaning
- Stretchable fabric waist band with adjustable closure to fit several waist sizes

I buy these for my dad in Germany as he likes those the best. They don't carry those anymore.No mess with glue and shaving before wearing this one. He likes the snap on metal fastener. They last a little longer.

troublefree way to eliminate urine.

When you sit in a wheelchair at the most 5-9 hours a day @ a dayhab, get changed 2-3 times while you're there, this product is the best thing since lightbulbs. All someone has to do is monitor the urine and empty the bag. So yes, I would tell the whole world about this amazing product.

A good old fashioned solution to problem
Pros:
Sturdy.
Cons:
Bulky.
Best Uses:
Following Surgery.

Athletic.
Avoids changing pads every half hour if that's a problem. Be warned that it can be a bit uncomfortable and a bit leaky if one is active. Probably a good solution for someone who is incapacitated and must be alone for long periods of time.
