Looks great sticking out of my ****. When I come on the scene, everybody knows that it is now business-time and the whole bedroom becomes my stage and mine alone (except for the woman).
There are plenty of accessories and attachments but I find that plainly "going commando" is just as visually stunning if not more impressive than anything I can imagine.
I recommend warming the saline before balloon inflation. Also, pulling or yanking on the catheter after balloon inflation is STRONGLY discouraged.
