due to left sided hemiparesis from brain cancer my husband is limited in his abilities to perform basic tasks- traditional urinals were flimsy and unstable- this product is wonderful- he can use it independently and even if it tips it doesn't spill -there is no dribble factor when urinating would highly recommend this product -can't think of any negative comments

Works great if you're sitting up

Other reviewers have reported that it doesn't work for someone who's laying down, but if you can sit up it works fine. Really is mostly spillproof. Even if you drop it, almost nothing comes out. I was surprised that it doesn't stink even though it doesn't have a cap. Clever design.

The biggest plus in having this product is that I can position it before my husband goes to sleep at night (he's bedridden) and it's good for the night. He doesn't have to call me during the night like he used to, in order for me to get the urinal for him. I'm VERY glad I bought it!
