I would recoment this for all infants!

Pros:
Safe. Sturdy. Comfortable. Good Value.
Cons:
A little difficult . install slightly hard.
Best Uses:
Newborn.

The advantage of laying your infant flat is awesome! Long car rides are very hard on babies. This car seat keeps the pressure off the delicate areas of their groin helping to prevent hernia. Also helps them not to get reflux. It is a little difficult to install in some models of cars. Wiggle the seatbelt through the straps of the seat and be sure to use the locking clip. The seat shouldn't move toward the front of the vehicle more than 1 or 2 inches. It will move side to side more than that possibly. That is ok. Only con is it is bulky. But baby's comfort is worth the effort.

Dream Ride car bed is great! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Good Value.
Best Uses:
Traveling long distances.

I wish I had this infant car seat/bed with my first child (who was also 1 month early) We traveled about 500 miles and having the baby be laying down made the trip so much easier. Installing the belt through the first loop takes some time and patience because it needs to be tight but this product is great in both performance and price.

This Car Bed is a Lifesaver!!!!!!!! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy to Adjust. Safe. Sturdy. Easy to Clean. Comfortable.
Cons:
Hard to Install.
Best Uses:
Infants. Newborn.

My baby has really severe reflux. She would scream the whole entire time in a traditional infant carrier. This car bed has made an incredible difference in our life. We are able to leave the house and know that she is not in pain because of her car seat. I wish I would have had it for the first 5 weeks of her life.

Describe Yourself:
First-time father.

While I would prefer to use the fancy car seat I have, certain thing necessitated that we use a car bed. As this is the only one on the market we got it, and I've been surprised that it isn't as bad as I feared, but I'd still rather use a sturdy, steel car seat instead.
