MY 6 YR OLD IS UNABLE TO BUCKLE THE SEAT BECAUSE THE SEAT SLIDES IN THE WAY (HE WAS ABLE TO DO THIS WITH THE OTHER BRAND SEAT). I NEVER RECIEVED THE OWNERS BOOK AND CORD TO PLUG THE SEAT SPEAKERS INTO MY TRUCK. [...]

We have three kids. They all start off in Britax infant seats and then they move to their Recaro Start booster seats. We have two SUV's and they are both equipped with three Recaro Start Seats, straight across - they are wonderfully narrow seats. I'll admit they are pricey, but worth every penny!
The safety of this seat, surpasses every booster on the market - I sat on line for days, read consumer reports, called car seat experts, the fire department and finally called Recaro! Recaro performed extensive safety tests including, side impact collision on these seats. I did not find any other car seat company that performed side impact collision testing on their seats and had the reports to prove it. Recaro knows how to build a safe car seat, that's what they've done for years in the car racing industry. The construction of this seat is thoughtful to the child's comfort and caters to the parents need for safety.
Our 8 year old, 55lb son loves his seat. He thinks it's cool that his seat is a "Recaro Racing" seat. Our 5 year old daughter still quickly falls asleep in her chair, it has a great reclining feature and super soft head and shoulder pads. Our 3 year old will be in hers before she knows it. We are very-very grateful we found this chair and would highly recommend it.
