I have Sunrise Medical #6751 Adult crutches and these are definitely smaller and thinner than the well worn original pads. They stretch, so you can jam them on, but they are still a disappointment. They are better than nothing, but they are not an improvement over the worn original pads, so I won't be using them any time soon...
