I use this around the house and in my car, primarly it does give relife in the car but it slips some on my seats. The seats are leather and that might be the problem,

Decent cushion. I have a broken coccyx, and I purchased on of these for home, one for office, and one in vehicle. I'm 6', 300+ pounds, so I needed the larger cushion. bottom line is it does what it needs too. Its tricky to use in my vehicle because it tends to slide on the old leather seats, but otherwise, I've got no complaints.

Unstable.
Uncomfortable.
It shifted around on my chair, and was larger than the chair seat. It was hard, too, and basically uncomfortable. I hope I can find someone who can use it, because I paid for it and someone ought to get some use out of it. It's too hard to make a cushion for my cats.
