I expected the type of memory foam that compresses more. This pillow was way to firm. If your 200lbs or more then this is good but I'm only 170 and it is way too thick and too firm. Not as cushioned as I would've liked in a so called memory foam pillow.

I purchased this for a neighbor who fell and hurt her tailbone. Her doctor gave her some pain pills and nothing else. She has been using this memory foam doughnut for weeks and only finds relief when she is sitting on it. She is getting better, but feels that this product has reduced her pain significantly. She immediately went out and bought memory foam pillows and a memory foam mattress cover.
