This cushion has saved my butt from pressure sores & other circulatory problems for over 25 years. My biggest complaints are: It is very, very easily damaged or punctured and often comes apart where the top is attached/glued to the bottom. Finally, it is quite expensive considering it will probably last only 2 years if you are an active person.
