Purchased to use after prostate surgery with indwelling catheter. design has opening over perineal region, but sitting on the cushion puts sideways tension on the region when the side cushions compress. This was unconfortable

I searched for this product as I need perineal peressure releif, the design is perfect but the cushion is too thin to support weight for pressure releif. I use this cushion on my office chair and car seat, but it slides when I am sitting down. It would be perfect if it was thicker and had a way to fasten to the seat so it did not slide.
