The product purchased was too thick (4"). this would normally be OK, but I am using it as a cushion for a car seat. With the cushion not giving hardly at all, my head was placed in the roof of the car. I had to return it. I can assume that this cushion would work just fine if used on a wheel chair or for my purpose, if you were of a small frame.
