Describe Yourself:
Medical Professional.
Will be somewhat helpful in communication with my elderly, hard of hearing patients. Amplifies ALL sound so there is no destinction in voice vs. background. Had hoped for better but will work in most circumstances.

 Hello, may I ask if this HC-CLA9 is suitable for my Mom who can only hear me when I speak very very loudly to her otherwise I have to write down on paper for her to read. Is it much better than the regular one. If not, which one is the most suitable for my Mom. Thank you for your advice.

If a person has hearing aids, do they remove them to insert the ear plugs? Or do they just hang them over the ear to work with the hearing aids? Also, how long does it take to ship. I live in Texas.
