The picture and description encouraged my purchase. It is unsuitable because of my physical challenges. I would not recommend this product to anyone with limited use of their hands. I would suggest the handle have a texture to increase its functionality.

how I use this product: place empty cup in bathroom sink and use a straw to drink the water
things that are great about it: can't think of any other than using the cup as I described
things that aren't so great: the shape of the handle is difficult for someone with limited use of their hands to grasp. Coating the handle as it is designed with a textured surface might help. It is too difficult for a wheelchair user with limited hand and arm use to manage. It is far too unwieldy to lift in and out of the microwave.
