I had mistakenly purchased this item to assist with opening soda cans. I have severe RA and very weak hands. Because it was not meant for soda cans, I could not figure out how to use the product. My father, and engineer, could not figure out how to use it either. After re-reading the item description, I will keep this item to use with canned food items.
