The Hole-In-One Double Button Loop have two different sized loops to fit a large variety of button sizes. Makes it possible to manipulate buttons with one hand by slipping it over the button and pulling it through the button hole.For people with limited hand mobility the handle on this button loop provides several grasping positions and excellent leverage. It can be grasped with the fingers inserted through the hollow center or around the outside.The button loops fold back toward the handle when not in use, making it easy to travel with.The handle is 5¨ (12.7 cm) long with a string loop at the end. The button loops are 4 1/4¨ (10.8 cm) long.

My patient has severe intention tremor making targeted fine motor activities very difficult and buttoning impossible. He was able to find the button hole, latch the button and pull through on the first try. The old wooden handle style was too small for his hand, and lost the button every time.

The fact that the metal loops fold both ways and don't 'lock in' at any position makes them flop around while you're trying to pull buttons through button holes. Trying to keep the loops from moving around can get frustrating when you have limited hand dexterity to begin with. One good feature is the second loop with the wider opening to help with larger buttons - especially useful for buttons on pants.
