The Bed Assist Rail and Bed Board by Drive Medical is used for assistance in getting in and out of bed. It is universal and can be used on any bed on either side of the bed. It features a removable handle, and ships in two pieces that are assembled quickly and easily without the use of tools. After it is assembled, simply slide it under your mattress to support you in standing and sitting on your bed. Amazingly, the rail supports up to 250 lbs and is 22.5" tall, and 11.5" wide.
