![]() I am looking for something to lift my lower leg up onto my knee so that I can put on a sock. Since I am obese, I cannot reach my feet easily and tend to slip off the chair and fall. I was thinking a strap of some kind might help. Which one would be best?

I would not reccommend any of these leg lifters, although if you are going to get one, get the strap that is flexible from top to bottom rather than one that is rigid.
What would work better is one of the sock helpers available here that you put the sock onto with the device holding it open, then it rests on the floor, you insert your foot into the sock then as you pull the device up, the sock slips onto your foot and the device comes out the top of the sock, leaving the sock perfectly in place.\
(I am also obese, senior, and have severe arthritis so I have tried lots of things for lots of difficult situations, and this works well for socks)
