As shown in the photo above, the middle, ring and little finger are placed through the long loop to provide strength for the cutting action. The index finger is placed outside the loop to provide guidance and control.

not worth the money, its flimsy, the blades are sharp but they arent stable and the slightest pressure makes them bend/twist. More worried about cutting my foot/toe when the blades move when I apply force. In theory it looks like it should work, but the handle is too thin, and with sharp blades at the end, you need a stable handle.
