Three models to Choose from


All three lightweight OMNIGRIP Reachers feature four position jaw rotation, four position jaw adjustment, lockable jaw, wrist support and a trigger that requires a bare minimum of hand strength to operate.

A unique jaw locking mechanism allows a continuous hold on an item without applying pressure on the trigger. The jaw is also easily adjusted to any of four up/down positions and any of four axial positions to achieve the best angle for use whether sitting, standing, or lying down. A magnet on the jaw picks up steel objects such as needles and nails. A removable wrist support adds balance and control for people who need it.

This product took a long time to arrive - 2 weeks after ordering. Other items ordered from allegromedical in the past arrived very quickly. It was a disappointment when I opened it. It's very flimsy, inferior construction, and I'd honestly be very afraid to try to lift anything overhead of much weight at all. The 'jaws' stopped working on the 5th test pull - the string mechanism just kept locking up. My husband said this is a very expensive item that he wouldn't pay $4.99 for at Walmart. Too bad, because the turned-down jaws is what I need to help make my bed. It's a good design idea but poorly manufactured.

This reacher, although more expensive than most others, is worth the extra money due to it's versatility. The jaws rotate in two axis and are lockable. The grip is very comfortable and requires minimal effort to apply gripping pressure. I highly recommend it.
