Save my sleep!

Wasn't getting any sleep with my mom moving in after her broken hip. She gets very confused at night and tries to get out of bed. With this alarm, as well as bed rails, a baby monitor, and a nurse call button (!!!) I am sleeping much better. I was a bit hesitant to buy this, as the only rating on the web site was a poor one, but I bought it and am very happy that I did. It works great- alarms within 1-2 seconds of released pressure. It is loud, but without the baby monitor I probably wouldn't hear it as my bedroom is on another floor. I would highly recommend this product.

We bought this when my mother came home from the rehab center. Item #13610. Worked fine, problem with having to shut the alarm off to get it ready for use again. Then the alarm sensor quit working after about 2 months which rendered the whole thing useless. For the price we paid warranty should be at least 2 years replacement.

This item only had one review, and that was 1 star. I was reluctant to buy it because of this, but really needed one for my mom who just moved in with us and who had already fallen trying to get out of bed. This alarm is wonderful- it is very quick to respond to changes in pressure, and it has already been useful at our house. The only comment I have is that you seem to need to turn it off to get it to stop beeping- when I get my mom up during the night, I need to remember to turn it back on when I get her back to bed . Not a significant problem, and maybe I'm not doing it right. Overall a wonderful product that gives me peace of mind.
