    Worked for a while

    Pros:
    Lightweight.
    Best Uses:
    Elderly.
    Describe Yourself:
    Caregiver.

We bought this when my mother came home from the rehab center. Item #13610. Worked fine, problem with having to shut the alarm off to get it ready for use again. Then the alarm sensor quit working after about 2 months which rendered the whole thing useless. For the price we paid warranty should be at least 2 years replacement.

    Pros:
    Safe. Responsive loud. Sturdy.
    Best Uses:
    Elderly.
    Describe Yourself:
    Caregiver.

Wasn't getting any sleep with my mom moving in after her broken hip. She gets very confused at night and tries to get out of bed. With this alarm, as well as bed rails, a baby monitor, and a nurse call button (!!!) I am sleeping much better. I was a bit hesitant to buy this, as the only rating on the web site was a poor one, but I bought it and am very happy that I did. It works great- alarms within 1-2 seconds of released pressure. It is loud, but without the baby monitor I probably wouldn't hear it as my bedroom is on another floor. I would highly recommend this product.

Best Option For Non Medical Personnel Verified Purchaser

    Pros:
    Lightweight. Safe. Easy Storage.
    Cons:
    Rather Pricey.
    Best Uses:
    Elderly. Dementia Patients.
    Describe Yourself:
    Caregiver.

It is easily secured to bed and is not bulky at all. Only major drawback is there seems to be a slight delay before the alarm goes off. It is the best product I could find available to me since I am not a medical professional.

    Cons:
    Flimsy.
    Best Uses:

Very flimsy and easy to wrinkle during use. Expected a product a little more durable for the amount of payment.

    Question:
I have an electric chair. I should cut the power off before dismounting it. I have, so far, forgotten to cut the chair off when leaving it. This might be ideal to remind me to cut the power off by barking at me???
