Phone is great!
I have found this phone to be flawless and I have had it for several years. Great if you need to have your hands free for computer use and talk on the phone at the same time. Or---just to be able to multi task while you are on the phone. Only issue I am having now is trying to find replacement cushions for the headset. RCA has referred me to several places---none of them have any cushions for the headset. Still looking for some---those listed on the internet so far do not give you the sizes of the cushions so you have not a clue what you are ordering. Still a great phone but I am still looking for the right size cushions.
