The Reizen Digital Analog Water-Resistant Talking Watch offers three ways to tell the time, plus you can wear it throughout the day without concern about getting it wet! Simply press a button to have the time announced in a pleasant female voice. Time is also displayed on the LCD, or can be read from the traditional analog clock face. This sports watch is water-resistant and can withstand incidental contact with water, such as rain and washing your hands. It’s perfect for all active lifestyles and will be especially appreciated by the blind and visually impaired. Other features include an hourly chime, alarm with snooze and a sweep second hand.

I ordered a talking watch from you but lost my tape to set it. how can I get a new one. I don't have any of my paper work either. I changed the battery and now the time is wrong.

I ordered a talking Reizen watch and they sent me a Spanish speaking taking watch in the incorrect color. I ordered blue and red in English and received black. I would like to know if they are going to exchange it for the correct watch and send it out asap.
