 Don't you check your Website and answer these questions? I see one here from Aug. 2011. That's over 5months old!! Frankly, I'd like to know the answer to that question too. And, does it help with removing your socks?

What makes this different from the rigid sock aid to make it be about $100 more????
It still looks like a type of plastic with rope handles.. Display did not have many details on either--measurements or materials or closeups.
