This product originally appealed to me due to the loud alarm and the vibrating disk since I have trouble waking up in the morning from a regular alarm clock. I had high hopes for this product and for the most part it came through. The alarm vibration system worked well if it was placed under your pillow. It did not work so well under the mattress. Faulty
The product does not work with the battery. It has to be plugged in. I am considering returning it. It should work with the battery alone.

I bought and use the product because I am a VERY, VERY HARD SLEEPER. you could tote the bed out of the house with me in it and I would not wake up. I have only used it for a week or two and the vibrator for the last two nights but so far it does just what is promised. I watched a youtube vid and that convinced me to buy it, i suggest any on the fence about buying it to do the same.also the service was great.
