Question:
I purchased a replacement but the material is much tougher than the previous product and it is much harder to use. Why did you change this? It doesn't bend enough to ease the compression socks on. Socks squeeze the plastic and don't leave sufficient space for the foot. Now I have to put my husband's socks on daily and he's lost that little piece of independence. Very upsetting
